Privacy and data

What is recorded

For each click: the employee selected, the server time, the action (Sign In or Sign Out) and the approved network or office when known. Optional notes are stored only if your company turns on special events.

Who can see it

Only your company's management accounts, within their role and scope. People using the presence page cannot see other employees' records or notes.

Retention

Records are kept until your company changes them. Automatic deletion is not enabled; any future retention rule will be announced in advance with time to export your data. Backups expire on their own schedule.

Your controls

Admins can export data, deactivate employees, and owners can anonymize an employee's identifying details.

ScoreUs support access

ScoreUs staff can only open your company's records when your owner grants time-limited support access. Every support access is logged.

Limitations

These controls help you manage data responsibly, but they do not by themselves make your use compliant with any particular regulation.
