Is Free really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan is permanent, has no employee limit and needs no credit card.
Do you charge per employee?
No. Every plan includes unlimited employees. Paid plans are priced per company.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your records are kept. You return to Free features, and you choose which admin accounts and office networks stay active.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. By default, cancelling stops the next renewal and paid features stay available until the end of the period you paid for.
Is this a payroll or time clock system?
No. It records presence spans. It does not calculate payroll, overtime or working time.
